tuncass Baked Tuna Rice Casserole - This recipe for baked tuna rice casserole is as simple as simple can be! Literally thrown together, and oven baked, we used rice instaed of noodles, and added some olives and almonds to this easy, creamy tuna casserole.

Cook Time: 45 mins

Main Ingredient: Tuna
Difficulty Level: 1

Ingredients to make Baked Tuna Rice Casserole

1 cup cooked rice
1/2 diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup green pepper
1 can tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 Tbsp slivered almonds
3 Tbsp whole ripe olives

Directions to make Baked Tuna Rice Casserole

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together, add 3 tbls slivered almonds and whole ripe olives.

Step 2:

Bake for 45 minutes.
