tunaaIndividual Curry Tuna Casserole – This easy to make and bake, tuna casserole, has the aromatic, flavorful mushroom curry sauce with it. We also took the casserole mixture and made into mini, individual casseroles to add to it’s uniqueness. Enjoy this simple, easy recipe as an appetizer, a light lunch, or even a snack.

Cook Time: 45 mins
Main Ingredient: Tuna

Ingredients to make Individual Curry Tuna Casserole

1 sm Onion, minced
1/4 c Butter, melted or margarine
1/2 c Milk
2 7 oz cans Tuna flakes
3 c Bread crumbs, soft
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 ts Poultry seasoning
1/4 c Parsley flakes
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 cn Mushroom soup, 10 oz
1/2 ts Curry powder
3 Olives, stuffed and sliced

Directions to make Individual Curry Tuna Casserole

Step 1:Saute onion in shortening until golden brown.
Step 2:Mix onion, milk, crumbs, eggs, poultry seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and tuna. Shape into 6 mounds in large shallow baking dish.
Step 3:Mix soup, curry powder and paprika. Pour around tuna mounds. Top each mound with olive slices. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 F.
